From our first contact until relocation is complete, PRS is there every step of the way taking care of every aspect of your transferee’s household goods move, relieving you of all day-to-day responsibilities.
Within 24 hours of move initiation, we begin contact with your transferee, either as a representative of PRS or as a representative of your relocation department (depending on your preference). As a liaison between the transferee and the moving company, we explain the process and your company’s relocation policy as it relates to moving. PRS will guide your transferee throughout the entire process, eliminating the hassle of dealing with multiple contacts.
After a thorough needs assessment, we select and assign the appropriate moving company based on geographic strengths, availability, and your preference. After the carrier provides an estimate we review it for policy compliance and potential cost savings. PRS ensures quality by continually monitoring the move progress via telephone during packing, loading, and delivery.
PRS specializes in managing household goods relocation from an administrative standpoint. From policy consultations and contract negotiations to exception tracking and storage reports, we provide the experience necessary to handle it all. Should a claim be necessary, we assist in claims preparation, filing, and settlement. An independent audit is provided on every move. If you already have an auditor, PRS pays the fee.
